Content

We accept original research articles, surveys, shorter applied papers on current issues (“Perspectives”), and book reviews.

Review Process

• All submitted articles are subject to a double-blind peer review process.
• The turn-around time for a review is usually less than three months.
• Papers may be rejected, returned for revision and resubmission, or accepted.

General Requirements

• Only unpublished papers not submitted elsewhere are acceptable.
• There is no submission fee.
• All articles must be written in English.
